Tapco makes a SAW pistol grip for the FnFAL. It is one of the best I have ever used. Most of their stuff is pretty cheaply constructed. There was a time when Buddy, of Tapco, was a regular on the FalFiles. There was a giant pissing match and Buddy took his money and went home. The FalFiles survived.

That's a good one! lol.

I remember Buddy when he was on the Files. I did order some FAL parts from them back during the cheap parts heyday, they had some decent deals on surplus stuff back then.

Yes a few things that Tapco puts out is ok but the majority of it has helped them to earn the nickname Crapco.

Yep, not all the Tapco stuff is bad.

My Yugo AKM has a Tapco "G2" trigger, and I like it better than any factory trigger I've ever used. Some of their wood stocks look good, too.

However, I'm not wild about all the "tacti-cool" stuff they offer.

I started out with Tapco on my stamped Mak 90 but took it off eventually in favor of Midwest Industries & Magpul. I still have the milled Mak in the configuration I bought it in, been meaning to add a sling swivel at some point.
Just happened across another original milled Mak 90 in the local gun shop here a day ago. It was calling my name but I was short on scratch.

Those milled MAK 90s call my name, too! I thought I heard one waaaay off in the distance, and you've confirmed it... :) One more AK, and I think I'll get put out of the house, though. :?
